With over 30 years of onset exprience our Designers combine historical research with precision engineering to create structurally sound, show-stopping effects. Our engineers and technicians work closely with your Art Dept, and later with the on-set crew and actors to provide total realism and faultless operation.

We engineered a life-size Roman war machine complete with working torsion arms, timber framing and launch rig, all detailed to archaeological accuracy. Built from CNC-cut hardwoods and reinforced steel, our catapult was tested for full-scale on-set firing—providing authentic siege-engine drama with zero compromise on crew safety.

For this highly acclaimed HBO series, we supplied and coordinated all on screen military vehicles, tanks and artillery etc.

We supplied a complete fleet of period-correct Italian transport and frontline vehicles—lorries, staff cars and motorcycle units—each painstakingly weathered and liveried. Our mechanics and drivers, versed in 1940s military protocols, ensured instant authenticity and operational readiness on the Greek island locations.

Bringing this classic series to full size life with real actors,we created an imaginative set of Special effects vehicles and Props, all in full worlking condition with hydraulic foam sprayers, smoke generators and expolsive stunts that replicated the Franchise’s high-tech pedigree.

To recreate the formidable German Tigers, we built three full-scale steel replica tanks with functioning turrets, rotating tracks and simulated recoil systems. Each was operated by our licensed drivers and plated to match wartime paint schemes, allowing cinematographers to capture the true scale and menace of armored warfare.

Penelope Cruz film Sahara, shot in the hostile ‘Sahara Desert’. To handle these conditions,of no roads and desert sands, we designed a period open car with a new chassis incorporating four wheel drive, a powerful engine with automatic gearbox and brake line locks front and rear to enable dynamic skid turns to be achieved.

After carefully studying the shooting script for a complicated sequence, our team designed and built a ‘Two Drivers’ rig for the film’s ambush sequence. We constructed a special low chassis, with a driver at each end, radio-controlled. We removed the ‘Hero’ car’s wheels and built a cage on top so the director and cameraman could film inside the car using a gimbal mount suspended just inside. This enabled the acclaimed ambush scene to be filmed without disturbing the actors and is the longest uncut action scene filmed to date.

Our team researched, produced engineering drawings, and built, from the chassis up, an accurate replica of Col. T.E. Lawrence’s Rolls-Royce car used in the desert with devastating effect in what is now Jordan.
Computer drawings. Linked to CNC machinery, produced accurate body panels in 6mm thick steel. Gun mounts and all bracketry were made, and original water-cooled machine guns were fitted. To complete a fully drivable replica.
