We engineered a full-scale, drivable Mars Rover replica—complete with articulated suspension, carbon-fiber body panels and functional robotic arms. Designed in CAD and precision-machined via CNC, this rover handles rugged terrain and supports on-board power systems, enabling authentic Martian exploration scenes under any shooting condition.
Our mobile technical team were able to locate to a hostile environment, in this case Wadi Rhum in Jordan, doubling as the surface of Mars. Exporting the spacecraft in modular form we were able to assemble,test. and modify all components ready for its trip on the surface of Mars. The actors in the cockpit were provided with full air conditioning.
Our team researched, produced engineering drawings and built from the chassis up, an accurate replica of Col.T.E.Lawrences Rolls Royce car used in the desert with devestating effect in what is present day Jordan.
Computor Drawings. Linked to CNC machinery produced accurate body panels in 6mm thick steel. Gun mounts and all bracketry were made, and original water-cooled machine guns fitted. to complete a fully driving replica.
